Oak & Tail Wine Club: Terms and Conditions
1. Membership Commitment
By joining the Oak & Tail Wine Club at Oak Creek Vineyards & Winery, you agree to a membership commitment equal to one year's worth of club releases, and to receive and pay for those releases, whether picked up or shipped. If you skip a release, your commitment extends until you have received the equivalent of one full year of releases. Your membership renews automatically unless cancelled by you or by Oak Creek Vineyards & Winery.
2. Payment Authorization
You authorize Oak Creek Vineyards & Winery to charge your card on file automatically for each club release, including the cost of wine, shipping, and any associated fees.
3. Release Customization
You may customize your release during the two-week release window. No changes can be made after the window closes.
4. Wine Availability
Your wine selections are guaranteed through the current release cycle. If a release is picked up after that cycle ends and any selected wines are no longer available, we may substitute comparable wines or issue a credit.
5. Release Pickup and Shipping
Releases that remain unpicked for one full year will be shipped to you, with shipping charges billed to your card on file.
6. Complimentary Tastings
As a member, you and up to three guests may enjoy complimentary tastings up to four times per year. We recommend visiting around release time to sample our newest wines.
7. Skipping a Release or Cancelling
All requests to skip a release or cancel your membership must be made before the close date of the current release.
Cancelling before your membership commitment is complete is subject to an early cancellation fee:
- $100 if you cancel before your first release
- $50 if you cancel after your first release but before your membership commitment is complete
Any releases not picked up within one month of cancellation will be shipped at the member's expense.
8. Termination by Oak Creek
Oak Creek Vineyards & Winery reserves the right to terminate any membership at its discretion.
