**Wine Club Terms and Conditions**

1. **Membership Commitment:** By joining the Oak Creek Vineyards and Winery Wine Club, you agree to a one-year membership commitment with automatic renewal unless cancelled.

2. **Payment Authorization:** You authorize Oak Creek Vineyards and Winery to process automatic club payments, including the cost of wine club releases, shipping, and associated fees.

3. **Cancellation Policy:** Early cancellation of membership is subject to a $50 cancellation fee. All cancellations or requests to skip a release must be made prior to the close date of the release.

4. **Free Tastings:** As a member, you and up to three guests are entitled to complimentary tastings, which can be utilized four times per year. We recommend scheduling tastings around release times to sample the newest wines.

5. **Membership Termination:** Oak Creek Vineyards and Winery reserves the right to terminate a membership at our discretion.
